In the U.S., a business is considered a "small business" if fewer than 500 employees, with most under 100. My focus, however, is on XS Businesses—teams of fewer than 50 employees or contractors.

I have launched, bought, expanded, and sold digital product and brick-and-mortar service businesses in the beauty industry. Currently, I systemize the management of our real estate portfolio to maximize cash flow. A proud milestone in my career is joining the 1.9% of female-owned U.S. businesses that exceed $1 million in revenue. The sold businesses ranked in the top 1% of their industries due to consistent revenue growth, lean operating expenses, and streamlined operations that enabled remote ownership.

The consulting I do centers on the Profit & Loss statement analyzing financials to create pro formas for startups and expansions, and perform exit strategy assessments for owner-operator businesses in industries like beauty, hospitality, contracting, and photography.
